Layer three. The one that does the most.

An LED strip concealed under the front edge of the vanity benchtop, washing down. The vanity stops sitting on the floor and starts floating.

It is the cheapest of the three layers. It needs a concealed power point and a shadow line in the joinery detail, so it is decided on the electrical plan, before the plaster goes on.
